How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed and shipped within approximately 1 week. Because each item is handled and packaged personally, processing times may vary slightly during high-volume periods. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Are your items drop-shipped?

No. None of the items are drop-shipped. All products are shipped directly from Nashville, TN. Each order is personally packaged and prepared before being sent out. This is something we care deeply about and a key part of the brand experience.

Do you accept exchanges or returns?

At this time, we do not offer exchanges or returns. Please be sure to review product details carefully before placing your order.

Do you offer wholesale?
